i'm wicked famous.

i'm gonna be famous! well, no not really. matthew good just released his greatest hits package, which includes a dvd that has all of his music videos. as some of you may know, i was in 'rico' when i was 17. anyway, if you turn on the commentary, he talks about me for a little while when i'm on the screen. very exciting indeed...i feel so famous. for those that haven't seen the video, i found a link to the realmedia file on a matthew good fansite. http://www.nearfantastica.com/vid/12.html

speaking of famous, i havc a few brilliant ideas that will make me rich and famous beyond my wildest fantasies. i have three ideas, all in which once i have put in writing, i'll post them up here. in three years, i'll have my cover not only on rolling stone, but also star, people and us weekly. ;)

so travis and kattie got married on saturday! it was such a beautiful day. the weather was fantastic and so was the event itself. i can't wait to see the photos.

photoless

that's lame - i guess when you cancel your cable through shaw, your 10mb free webspace is also cancelled. i'm sorry evan, our vantasy web site is no longer available. i also had my photos used on this page hosted through shaw. it makes sense that they'd take away the web space, but still...you bastards.

i think i'm a lightweight. i got to see evan, chris, and dan last night and had a few drinks. i feel absolutely disgusting today. i didn't even consume that much. i guess that's a sign of age. work was brutal today, thanks to mr molson. maybe that's why i feel ill - i was drinking shitty beer.

the wheels are finally in motion regarding my 71 minibus. i had a call today from a perspective buyer. i hope he likes what he sees because i'm very keen to get it out of the house. all i need to do now is sell my dodge colt.

pussyfoot

wow what an intense past few days. it's been intense but also very exciting. i still can't get over the fact that i'm a homeowner. for all of you reading this that have my old abbotsford address, you can throw that out. i have my new address for you all, but since i won't be moving in until november 24th, it'd be a waste of time to give it to you now.

so it turns out my gramps is going back in for surgery. yup. neat eh? he goes back in on september 26. we're hoping he recovers faster this time as he's going on a month long cruise in october. i'll be housesitting for him while he's away so i can get away from living with the rents until i move out.

question of the day: what is your least favourite word?

i'm all grown up?

this is just to let you all know that i am now a proud owner of a new home in garrison crossing! (sardis, b.c.) this weekend i'm moving out of my apartment in abbotsford and back in with the parents until my home is finished being built. i won't be online as much, but i'll be in touch with everybody via other resources.

everybody has to go to evan's blog thingy. it's nifty.

home owner?

the lack of updates are because i've been busy working my 15 hour work days and house shopping/wheeling and dealing in the evenings. i just might have something here... i'll post more info soon.

hell ain't a bad place to be

you wouldn't believe it, but i won myself another free game of mini-putt on friday night. yup, that's right, i used my freebie to win myself another freebie - i'm really that good. afterwards, my chums and i went down to cheers to celebrate the fact that i kick ass. (or, maybe it was the cheap burgers and good company)

i went house shopping the other day. holy shit. so much talk about mortgages and interest and blah blah blah was enough to make my head spin. it felt like somebody punched me in the gut it was so overwhelming. it was brought to my attention that i would be lucky to be approved for a trailer in a trailer park with my salary. sure, it was a bit of a blow, but who at my age is really going to be able to afford their own home? so now it's back to the drawing board. i have no doubt that i will be a proud owner of a home or townhouse in the next three months - it's just going to take some creativity...

mmmm haircuts.
